Meandering down Sam Snead Highway, we passed by this old charming log cabin framing a cow studded hilly background and huge maple tree. Emblematic of the historic mountain town hosting the famous Omni Homestead Resort, this scenic antique store is worth a stop for what it sells and it's beautiful gardens. Perfect as a metal or acrylic print as a remembrance of your vacation here. Black and white print also available.

Like many photographers, I didn't begin the process becoming a professional photographer, as a conscious decision. The decision was a linear progression over many years. I like to travel, so naturally would photograph to document our travels. My before retirement job required I learn the basics of photography and programming using a point and shoot camera.
