Description
When travelling west from Kingston along Bath Rd. there is a beautiful old Limestone House with a gated driveway and a Carriage House. My sister loved the character of this old Limestone house and when they sold their condominium they discovered they could rent the house from the landlord who lived in the Carriage house. When she toured us through the house I immediately decided it should be mine and my gallery and studio would be in the large room that overlooked Collins Bay toward Lake Ontario. After the first winter my sister found out how cold and hard to heat these old Limestone Houses are and it was time to buy a another house. As for me I love the beauty of the property and winter scenery, but I hate cold so I decided that comfort over ruled beauty and character.
