This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks
Artist's Description
The Bird Cage was a theater in Tombstone, Arizona, which operated from 1881 to 1894. It started out with respectable entertainment but soon turned to baser forms to attract Tombstone's rough mining crowd. Miners could drink and dance all night if they chose. Some 140 bullet holes can still be seen in the walls and ceiling as reminders of its rowdy past. The Bird Cage was also host to the longest Poker game in history. It ran 24 hours a day, seven days a week for eight years. Participation required a $1000 up front buy-in, and such notables as Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, and Bat Masterson were among the players. Today, visitors can tour the Bird Cage, now a museum, and see many relics from its old west era. Social media sharing always appreciated.
