Orban Andrei , A Magician Of Colors

„This is my favourite painting, it resembles the unseen connection between the masculine and the feminine" said Orban Andrei about his early work - Twin Flame.
Although Orban Andrei is very young, his artistic debut stunned everyone. A year ago, he was a student of the Naval Academy "Mircea the Elder". Back then no one thought that all of his original plans will change to 180 degrees. An endless love for brush and colors made him to give way this well known road and to adventure into the world of forms and colors full of symbols. He painted frantically and after 12 months of work, prepared 42 works for a exhibition debut.
Art critics say about Orban Andrei of being a magician of color, nay, a phenomenon of the young generation of artists. That's because it has the power to resacralize through art of virtual space.
"I see it as a Cupid, as an angel, as a phenomenon," said Associate. phD. Daniela Ţurcanu Caruţiu, Ovidius University of Constanta.
The paintings of Orban Andrei also launches a question to the public: What is reality ? In other words, where is the boundary between the virtual space that we can perceive ?
Experts say that the pictorial universe of Orban Andrei is under the "sign of the senses". Those who want to admire his paintings are expected at the National Art Museum of Constanta until the 25 of December.
