In late 2012, at the age of seventeen, drawing captivated Abbey. She is now passionate about capturing the soul of another through her artwork, using graphite as medium. She favors drawing animals because of their innocence and has been very fortunate that wildlife photographer Ken Conger was so impressed with her work that he is allowing Abbey to draw from his photographs that he captures of animals in the wild.
