A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description
This is an active train engine located at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park in Jamestown, CA. At the time it was inside the shed where maintenance is done on the engines. I was intrigued by the metal colorations caused by high temps and aging.

Thanks for the comment, Toni. In answer to your question: I think the key for me is values. I tend to use the full range of values in my paintings, from dark to light, along with some complimentary color to help. (Of course, I have a friend who paints high-key paintings with hardly any dark values, and they're beautiful, too.)

These paintings shine. There all wonderfully and uniquely painted, HOW DID YOU DO THAT?
