Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

At top centre is the femur (thigh bone), at centre is the tibia (shin bone), with the smaller fibula to its left. The ankle is at bottom centre. Folds of fat and skin are seen around the bone. The knee (upper centre) appears damaged; the space between the femur and tibia should be even on both sides. Obesity can damage joints due to the extra pressure put on them, often leading to osteoarthritis.
