Artist's Description
This scenic horse farm is located in NJ. It is thought that horses were probably domesticated about 4000 years ago. Most horses are tamed but feral horses still roam in many countries. The breed is categorized into three groups: Hotbloods, coldbloods, and warmbloods. Horses are used for racing, working, and recreation.
Horses will generally live 25 to 30 years while it takes about four years to outgrow the colt stage. They are a herd animal with a clearcut hierarchy established in the group. I find them very photogenic and think they are a magnificent animal.

I am primarily a landscape photographer. I hope to capture the beauty and grandeur of the natural world. Living on the east coast affords me the opportunity to photograph the ocean and Appalachian Mountain Range. Rural scenes, horses, still life images, and digital creations are also interests of mine. I am passionate about my photography and hope to convey beautiful moods and emotions through my images. I have won over 100 photography awards and some of my images have been published.
