I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.

Note the presence of polar flagella, and pili, or long streamers. a number of these bacteria seem to display an elongated-rod morphology. L. pneumophila are known to most frequently exhibit this configuration when grown in broth, however, they can also elongate when plate-grown cells age, as it was in this case, especially when they've been refrigerated. The usual L. pneumophila morphology consists of stout, "fat" bacilli, which is the case for the vast majority of the organisms depicted here. Mag., x6500
