Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Femurs. Illustration of human femurs (thigh bones). The femur is the long bone between the hip and the knee. The head of the femur (top) articulates with the acetabulum of the hip, forming a ball and socket joint. The other two protruberances are the greater and lesser trochanters, where the gluteus major and psoas major muscles are attached. The lower end articulates with the knee joint at the lateral and medial condyles (knobs on either side of femur). The indented area between the condyles is the patellar surface, which houses the kneecap (patella). The femur is the largest and heaviest bone. It has a weak point at the neck.
