I loved the card. Message inside was perfect (just like I requested) Only comment - the picture seemed too large for the card (glue showing on the side) Next time I will down size the picture. I have ordered many cards from fineartamerica and have been very pleased with the artist selection and quality of the art. Paul Cutright

Scenes of old barns & farm houses -- together with panoramic images of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Appalachian waterfalls, are just some of my artwork on exihibit. Many natural views of Western North Carolina throughout the four seasons can be found that include wonderful native flowering plants and local animals. As an artist with decades of commercial and fine art experience, I have applied my knowledge of composition and contrast to my artwork which has resulted in a wide range of inspirational views. Although most of my artwork is...

These jumpers are the ONLY spiders that I tolerate. Some how or other, I feel that they have a "mind" of their own. Drag a finger near them and watch them react. And I'll bet this little fellow was watching you!!!!!! You did a very nice job of capture, right down to the hairs on the legs. I like and thank you for sharing your find.
Duane McCullough replied:
Thanks Mary -- yes, the little fellow was watching me and seemed to want to play. Jumper spiders are the neatest of all the spiders because they look so cute and show great curiosity when, like you said, a finger is placed near them.

Thank you Denise -- and Jumper Spider thanks you too ;)

Thanks Lynn and Michael -- this cutie was fun to catch with the camera. Jumper Spiders are very curious and I've never been bitten before by any of them -- but I try not to give them the opportunity to bite.
