Description
Coeur d'Alene Lake is the second largest lake in northern Idaho, situated in a beautiful mountain setting created when the continental ice cap receded during the last Ice Age. The lake is over 26 miles long with about 135 miles of shoreline. Plummer Creek Marsh is toward the southern end of the lake at Heyburn State Park near Plummer, Idaho, USA.
