This photo was taken in August 2014 just off Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park.

I am a native of Ft Worth , Texas but my heart has been in the Rocky Mountains sine my first visit and age 12. After years of business, kids growing up, etc, etc... finally I was able to escape and move to Colorado in 2008. I have been an outdoorsman all my life and being able to photo these magnificent animals and beautiful scenery has made the Journey worth it. I live in Estes Park , Colorado - the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. So, my backyard is about 500,000 acres. It doesn't get much better than that. Enjoy the photos, and visit often. Rob
