I purchased the shaggy angora goat on the wood mount for a gift for my neice. Loved how the wood grain comes through on the print. Excellent purchase! Would definitely purchase again.

This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
Wiki defines a fractal as: "A fractal is a natural phenomenon or a mathematical set that exhibits a repeating pattern that displays at every scale." Mandelbrot himself summarized them as "beautiful, damn hard, increasingly useful. That's fractals."
This was a fun piece to make and reminds me of a spring garden starting to bloom. This used about 6 layers of different fractals and marks the fist time I tried a pastel color scheme.
About Katherine Fishwick
I am a crafter and digital artist who recently relocated to New Mexico. The idea for Wrong Turn at ABQ came into being on a hike in Tijeras, NM while 7000 feet above sea level. It might have been the thin air, but something made me think of the old Bugs line "I took a wrong turn at Albuquerque!". Here I am, my first summer in NM, and my breath is still taken away daily by how beautiful it is here. This place is truly breath taking (and not just from the altitude). I can see why New Mexico is called the Land of Enchantment. I mostly make digital art these days and sporadically at that. Fractals are my thing. I also make jewelry and bath products, but save those to sell at shows.
