The Ellicott Mills Station is the oldest remaining passenger train station in the United States, and one of the oldest in the world. Built in 1830 it was the terminus of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. This was painted in "plein air" early one September morning as the sun rose
About Edward Williams
Edward Williams graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Fine Art from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore,MD. He has successfully run his own decorative painting and mural business since 1987. He has won several awards for his work, has been nationally published and received Baltimore’s Best Decorative Artist by Baltimore Magazine. Edward annually volunteers his mural services to a non-profit project. Edward has always had a passion to paint and draw, he enjoys the meditative challenge of capturing a composition with expression.
