This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

As I sit on our sailboat Batwing, there are many things to see. One of which is a sailboat race. I imagined the storm coming in as boats were rounding a buoy, and this painting was created.
About Diane Binder
I discovered drawing as a young person of ten and took every art class available during my high school days, including a summer program at Cranbrook institute of Art in Michigan. I enjoyed portraiture and commissioned several jobs in high school before going off to Michigan State University where I studied art during my first year. Then after an almost 40 year hiatus, I discovered plein air painting in Taos NM after moving there in 2013. As I spend my winters in Mexico on our sailboat with my husband, I met and took a watercolor workshop with Ann Lockett in Conception Bay, and haven't put my brush down since.
